We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our teamJob DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development of test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources.They will collaborate with business analysts/product owners to assess acceptance criteria and ensure that software features meet requirements.This role involves driving software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories as new software features are developed.Key Responsibilities:Drive software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.Collaborate with business analysts/product owners to assess acceptance criteria.Develop automated tests using Selenium and write/maintain automated test scripts in C# using Spec Flow and Selenium.Requirements and Qualifications:A strong technical background, ideally a Computer Science or Engineering degree with substantial software development content.Experience writing code with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or C#.At least 3+ years of Automation Test/SDET experience and over 10 years of proven Automation Test/SDET experience with leadership abilities and test strategy experience.Benefits:International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Test Manager Advanced Level Certification is desired.Why This Role?This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the quality assurance function and drive innovation in software testing.
