Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced APM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.This position is crucial in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to:Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensuring completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio is essential for success.Evaluate applications for business value (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency).You will assess technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability) to make informed decisions.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies.You will support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.A strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis is essential.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools is required.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for success.Key Responsibilities:Application Data Management: Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX.Business Value Evaluation: Evaluate applications for business value.Technical Value Assessment: Assess technical value to inform decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements.Data Validation: Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
