Required Skills and Qualifications Experience running paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflow systems. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate. Nice to Have Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, or funnel optimization. Familiarity with programmatic platforms or advanced targeting tools. Basic understanding of A/B testing, attribution, or landing page optimization.
