In this role, you will play a key part in managing social media budgets, selecting platforms, and identifying the right audience segments to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop Social Media Campaign Plans : Create data-driven, high-impact media plans tailored to client objectives, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and platform selection. Manage Social Media Budgets : Allocate and optimize budgets across social media platforms to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) while meeting campaign goals. Collaborate with Creative Teams : Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the media strategy. Audience Segmentation and Targeting : Define audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and psychographics to create tailored, high-performing campaigns. Campaign Execution and Optimization : Oversee the launch and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, ensuring campaigns are effectively delivering on objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze data, and produce reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Stay Current with Trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective. Required Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in digital media planning, particularly with social media campaigns . Strong understanding of social media platforms , including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others. Experience with social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.). Knowledge of audience segmentation , targeting strategies , and media buying . Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, and client-facing teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Experience with programmatic buying and social media automation tools . Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance. Experience in B2B and B2C social media strategies.
