A person who does not shy away from experimenting and can visualise & create designs which are in trend and aligned with the future of the clients journey, will get an opportunity to be a part of our core team.What we are looking forA creative thinker who is willing to think out of the boxIs well versed with the design tools and is aware of the latest trends and stylesHas the ability to collaborate with team members and can articulate ideas and is confident to present the same.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client's brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelinesCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsDesign groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decksMake confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideasSkills RequiredQualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Media, or related fieldAt least 1-2 years' Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on branding and brand buildingA proven track record of creative idea generation and developmentAn ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact designStrong presentation, organisational and time management skillsFluency in EnglishA keen ability to work with and motivate others on the teamConfident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivatedKnowledge in design software.
