Client Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.Brand Communication: Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.Operational Management: Handle day-to-day operational tasks seamlessly.Meeting Documentation: Accurately record meeting minutes and ensure clear communication. Follow-Up: Monitor and ensure timely job delivery from internal teams.Brand Stewardship: Advocate for the brand internally, ensuring consistent messaging and information flow. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify product need gaps. Brand Custodian: Serve as the brand's guardian, maintaining its integrity and positioning.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in customer service as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative.
