Content Strategist

Job Title: Social Media ManagerWe are seeking an innovative and proactive professional to lead the development and growth of our social media presence, focusing on creating engaging content for a global children's education app targeting the US market. This role involves planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of social media strategies from the ground up, while working closely with the founding team.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing comprehensive social media plans to increase online engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms.Creating and editing high-quality, engaging content such as reels, carousels, videos, and stories that align with our brand identity and messaging.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and adapting them for a US parent and child audience, ensuring our content remains relevant and effective.Writing captions, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and managing a content calendar to ensure seamless execution.Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our social media strategy.Collaborating with the team to develop creative campaigns and new ideas that drive business results.Requirements for this role include:1–3 years of professional experience in social media management or content creation, preferably with a focus on children's education or entertainment.Proficiency in design and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.Awareness of Western (US) social media trends, tone, and audience preferences, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.A self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of results.Benefits of this role include:Opportunity to work directly with the founding team on a growing global brand.Chance for professional growth and skill development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Full creative ownership with exposure to a US-focused market, allowing for innovation and experimentation.
