Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Modeler to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for MEP modeling and clash detection. Experience working on US and Middle East projects is essential, along with a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD for global projects.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to ensure model accuracy and integrity.
  • Interpret and implement project specifications, standards, and guidelines for US and Middle East projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP models with overall project workflows.
  • Review and validate MEP designs to meet project and client requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an MEP modeler.
  • Proven expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Experience working on US and Middle East projects is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in developing accurate MEP models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of clash detection and resolution workflows.
  • Familiarity with international MEP standards and codes (especially US and Middle East).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
