Program Manager – Ecosystem

Job Location: Hyderabad (On-site)Tenure: Full-TimeReporting To: Executive Director / Senior LeadershipTiE Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic Program Manager – Ecosystem & Partner Relations with 4–5 years of relevant experience to lead relationships across the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem. This role demands a proactive professional who can manage high-level stakeholder engagement—including entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, corporates, industry bodies, sponsors, universities, and government entities—while simultaneously driving TiE programs and initiatives with excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the entrepreneurial ecosystem, enjoys community building, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Ecosystem & Partner Relations- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, venture funds, industry bodies, corporates, and academic institutions.- Serve as the primary liaison for ecosystem partners, ensuring continuous engagement and collaboration.- Represent TiE Hyderabad at ecosystem events, partner meetings, and industry forums.- Identify and onboard strategic partners aligned with TiE's mission and programs.- Maintain strong engagement with sponsors, ensuring delivery of agreed sponsorship benefits and touchpoints.- Support creation of proposal decks, partnership pitches, and progress reports.2. Government & Institutional Engagement- Coordinate with Government departments, innovation bodies, and policy institutions relevant to startup and SME development.- Support MoUs, joint initiatives, multi-stakeholder task forces, and ecosystem collective (HEEC) by ensuring smooth follow-up and execution.3. Program Management- Conceptualize, plan, and execute TiE Hyderabad programs, events, and special initiatives.- Develop program calendars, manage logistics, oversee execution, and evaluate outcomes.- Collaborate closely with Program Chairs/Committees to ensure alignment with TiE's objectives.4. Strategy, Documentation & Reporting- Draft strategy notes, MoUs, presentations, program documentation, minutes of meetings, and ecosystem reports.- Track KPIs for programs and partner engagements; prepare monthly activity reports for leadership.5. Community Building & Thought Leadership- Curate relevant themes, speakers, mentors, and sector experts for TiE events.- Engage proactively with startups and entrepreneurs to understand needs and channel them to relevant programs.- Support content creation for newsletters, impact reports, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, program management, startup incubation, corporate innovation, or related fields.- Strong understanding of the startup, venture capital, incubation, and entrepreneurial ecosystem.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.- Experience in handling memberships, stakeholder engagement, or community relations is preferred.- Prior work with trade bodies, industry associations, entrepreneurial networks, or premium hospitality/HNI membership environments will be an added advantage.- Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently with attention to detail.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM or spreadsheets, and digital tools.- Energy, initiative, professionalism, self-motivation and passion for entrepreneurship.Preferred Attributes- Experience working with CXOs, investors, or government stakeholders.- Exposure to startup accelerators, innovation teams, industry associations, or corporate partnerships.- Strong presentation and documentation skills.- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.About TiE Hyderabad Chapter: TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Hyderabad Chapter is a go-to network of 175+ successful Charter Members & 360+ Associate members and a vibrant and most recognized chapter worldwide.
