The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for IT positions and working closely with hiring managers to close requirements within defined timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT rolesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesScreen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication, and compensation alignmentCoordinate interviews and manage timely candidate follow-upsMaintain recruitment trackers and hiring MISEnsure a positive and professional candidate experienceAchieve defined hiring targets and closure timelinesRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in Domestic IT recruitmentExperience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Support, Infrastructure, ERP, and related IT positionsStrong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platformsGood communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of IT skills and recruitment terminologyGood to HaveExperience working with IT services or product-based organizationsExposure to lateral and/or bulk hiringStrong follow-up and closure skillsWhy Join UsFixed domestic working hours Exposure to multiple IT technologiesSupportive team environment with clear career progressionGrowth opportunities from Recruiter to Senior RecruiterInterested candidates may share their CVs at:viral.vachhani@imsplgroup.com
