Weekly Report.Coordinating with the Vendors Month-end checking consumable stock and raising an indent.Prepare a material snag list every month and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations. Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar Ensuring end-to-end services under facility managemenSkillset requireda. Strong knowledge of property operationsb. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the facility operations.e. To work within approved budgets.
