Job Description: Assistant Facility Manager - TechnicalLocation - Candor Gurgaon One Realty Projects Pvt Ltd, Sector- 48, Tikri, GurgaonPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager Technical to oversee the facility operations - soft services / engineering functions and work as Site Lead of our client location at IndoreThis role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of utility systems, managing technical teams, and soft service functions and day to day FM Operations at siteKey ResponsibilitiesFM Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and security systemsOversee soft services - housekeeping / events / client visits/coordination with all stake holdersDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical equipmentMonitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systemsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codesManage emergency response procedures and business continuity planningTeam Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and develop technical maintenance staff and engineering teamsManage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providersOversee contractor performance, Invoicing / Compliance managementConduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocolsStrategic Planning & Capital ProjectsDevelop annual operating and capital budgets for technical operationsPlan and oversee major building improvements and renovation projectsConduct building condition assessments and develop long-term maintenance strategiesEvaluate and recommend energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programsTechnology & Systems ManagementImplement and maintain computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Analyze building performance data and generate technical reportsStay current with emerging technologies and building automation trendsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Cost Management and Efficiency: o Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.Required QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in Facilities Management,Professional certifications preferred (CFM, FMP, PE, or equivalent)HVAC, electrical, or other relevant trade certifications a plusExperience6+ years of experience in Facility Management managing IT/ITES client / commercial facilities management experience2+ years in supervisory or management role / working as site leadAdhoc / Small Project management experience with capital improvement projectsTechnical SkillsProficiency in building automation systems and CMMS softwareStrong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulationsExperience with energy management and sustainability initiativesAdvanced computer skills including MS Office Suite and facility management softwareCore CompetenciesStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesCustomer service oriented with strong attention to detailMonthly Review Meetings/KPI Management strong client engagement skillsReporting / good in excl/power point and mail management.About JLLJLL is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
