Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning :
Conceptualize and design interior spaces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and safety requirements.
Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD and other design software.
Work closely with leadership to understand space needs and office layout requirements.
Develop design concepts that reflect the company’s brand, values, and culture.
Space Utilization :
Optimize available office space for maximum productivity and employee well-being.
Plan and implement the arrangement of workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, and recreational spaces.
Create efficient, functional layouts that adhere to safety regulations and promote workflow.
Vendor Coordination :
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for furniture, lighting, décor, and construction needs.
Oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of materials and furniture.
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Budget Management :
Prepare and manage budgets for interior design and architectural projects.
Ensure all projects stay within the allocated budget while meeting design specifications and timelines.
Compliance and Safety :
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Work with legal and facilities teams to ensure all changes or renovations are fully compliant with local zoning and construction laws.
Project Management :
Lead and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to office operations.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, timelines, and budgets.
Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with the HR, Operations, and Facilities teams to create a workspace conducive to employee engagement and productivity.
Engage with employees to gather feedback and understand their needs for improvements in the work environment.
Sustainability :
Design with sustainability in mind, recommending eco-friendly and energy-efficient materials and solutions.
Promote sustainable design practices that align with the company’s environmental policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design and architectural planning, preferably in corporate or commercial spaces.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, with a creative and innovative mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building design is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience designing BPO or call center environments.
Familiarity with space planning and employee well-being principles.
Certification from a recognized architectural or interior design organization (e.g., LEED, NCIDQ).
Minimum 10-12 years' experience in this field.
CTC : upto 15 LPA
