Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Officer (Legal & Liaising) to lead our legal and regulatory functions. The role involves managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, liaising with government authorities, and offering strategic legal counsel. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project approvals and legal risk mitigation across all company operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Legal Documentation & ComplianceDraft and review agreements (sale, JDA, partnership).Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory registrations.Handle title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition processes.Collaborate with external counsel on litigation and legal matters.2. Government Liaising & ApprovalsCoordinate with government bodies for project-related approvals (building, fire safety, environmental).Liaise with municipal corporations and statutory authorities.Ensure timely submission and follow-up on required documentation.3. Regulatory Affairs ManagementTrack legal/regulatory changes affecting real estate and construction.Ensure company-wide compliance with labor, environmental, and construction laws.Maintain strong relations with regulatory consultants and advisors.Prepare compliance documentation and periodic reports.4. Risk Management & MitigationIdentify and mitigate legal risks associated with projects.Handle dispute resolution, arbitration, and settlements.Implement a legal risk assessment framework and SOPs.5. Team Management & DevelopmentLead legal and liaison teams, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.Conduct training on compliance and regulatory updates.Build relationships with external legal firms and government agents.6. Strategic Legal AdvisoryProvide legal input for business decisions, JVs, and expansion projects.Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.Support deal structuring for new developments and maintain a legal knowledge base.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree preferred.8–12 years of experience in real estate law and regulatory compliance.Deep understanding of RERA, property law, corporate law, and approval procedures.Key Skills:KnowledgeReal estate, property, corporate, and environmental lawGovernment approvals and legal frameworksTechnical SkillsContract drafting, legal research, litigation handlingProficient in legal software and MS OfficeBehavioral SkillsLeadership and team managementNegotiation and conflict resolutionEthical judgment and integrityStrategic thinking and stakeholder engagementCompensation - Best into the market & hike on last salaryJob Type: Full-timePay: From ₹55,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):Current SalaryExpected SalaryNotice PeriodWhen can you available for an interviewReal Estate Sector ExperienceWork Location: In person
