Legal & Administrative Officer

**General Administration**:
- Provides administrative and secretarial support.
- Management of Company Office, Guest house, & Flats, while ensuring for timely maintenance of the company property.
- Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc. for staff.
- Oversees billing and other accounting functions.
**Legal & Advisory**:
- Support corporate office, Plants, Branches & its internal departments based across India on matters related to statutory notices, attachment notices, statutory & other compliance requirements, direction given by courts etc.
- Coordinating with advocate, Law firms, and will be handling Legal cases related to litigation, IR & other matters.
- Representing the organization in courts hearing as & when required across India.
- Managing critical and complex litigation and liaising with external counsels & as guided by the management.
- Drafting & reviewing legal notices / written statement under the guidance of MD/Promoter.
- Provides legal counsel and guidance to the management and other upper management on all legal matters including personnel law, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
