Job Role - Product Development Associate
Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)
CTC - Rs. 26,000/- per month
Role Description:
The Product Development Associate will be responsible for developing new and innovative products, sourcing raw materials and packaging development, supporting the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. This role involves conducting research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing samples/prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and market requirements. Follow up with Designers, Printers , Photograpers etc, Sourcing for new raw materials etc.
This is an offline job with 6 days working ( 9am -6pm )
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing new products from idea generation to commercialization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and samples.
- Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of development projects.
- Support quality testing and product trials to meet compliance and standards.
- Provide regular updates on project status to management.
- Assist in cost analysis, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain records of product versions, revisions, and approvals.
