We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and improving products from concept through production. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet market needs and business objectives.
- Design, prototype, and develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Translate customer requirements and market trends into functional product specifications.
- Utilize CAD and simulation tools to create and refine designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance testing, and product validation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and recommend design improvements.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Support the transfer of designs into production, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and component development.
- Manage multiple development projects from concept to launch.
- Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, reliability, and sustainability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends.
