Key Role: Senior Payroll AnalystWe are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to oversee end-to-end payroll operations.Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Verify employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings for accuracy.Analyze payroll reconciliations, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in payroll and system issues.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.Develop and implement metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation to enhance payroll efficiency.Provide prompt and professional responses to employee payroll inquiries.Evaluate and recommend process improvements for enhanced payroll accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities & Qualifications:Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.Benefits & Opportunities:This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills and expertise in payroll management.
