Technical Lead RoleWe are embarking on a high-scale consumer mobile app development project that requires a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee the integration of software systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.This is a hands-on role that involves owning API/socket contracts, SLO/observability gates, and driving cross-team delivery across Android, iOS, Node, and FastAPI/ML platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js (expert), Python (intermediate), Mobile (iOS/Android networking), Real-Time (Socket.IO/WebSockets), and knowledge of Software Development processes and tools.Mandatory qualifications include strong analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex system challenges, effective communication skills for collaborative team work, and production experience with queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), Socket.IO/WebSockets.Responsibilities:Oversee software system integration and troubleshooting.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless functionality.Develop and maintain API/socket contracts.Drove cross-team delivery across Android, iOS, Node, and FastAPI/ML platforms.Requirements:Expertise in Node.js.Intermediate knowledge of Python.Mobile (iOS/Android networking) experience.Real-Time (Socket.IO/WebSockets) experience.Knowledge of Software Development processes and tools.Production experience with queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).Strong analytical skills.Effective communication skills.
