Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drafting Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing technical drawings and models for large-scale engineering projects.This role requires mastery of AutoCAD and related design tools, as well as close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and a strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering plans, and design workflows.As a Senior Drafting Engineer, you will support project execution by producing accurate drafts, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring full compliance with design specifications. You will also provide guidance to junior drafters and act as a key technical reference for CAD-related processes.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills:Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)Working knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalentEducation and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related technical fieldAdvanced CAD certifications or training (AutoCAD Professional, Revit Certification, etc.) strongly preferredFunctional Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering plans, and multidisciplinary design workflowsAbility to read, understand, and interpret engineering specifications and technical documentsBenefitsWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
