Position :  Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:

Training Program Development :

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.

Training Delivery :

Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.

Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.

Unit Operations Expertise :

In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance.

Quality and Compliance :

Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.

Monitor compliance during training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 8-10+ years of experience in maintenance of pharma manufacturing equipment related to OSD, Injectables, topicals, HVAC, Water systems, Utilities etc. Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
