Description:


• Conduct Automobile Service Process Training

• Conduct Automobile Service Process Audit

• Conduct Class Room Training, On the Job Training & Coaching

• Help Improve PSF scores (Post Sales Feedback) & CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

• Help improve Dealer Service Processes & ensure efficiency

• Responsible for handling approx. 30-35 Workshops

• Travel across locations (20 -22 days)

• Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD

• Ensure that all the manpower at given location is trained


Responsibilities:

• Conduct Class Room Training

• Conducting On the Job Training

• Conducting Coaching

• Preparing Reports

• Presentations

Knowledge Requirements:

Skills Requirements:

• Training

• Knowledge of MS Excel

• People development

• Take Ownership

Educational Requirements: Btech or BE (Mandatory)

Engineer – Preferably Auto / Mechanical

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

At base location client premises / dealership. Extensive travelling approx. 20 + days a month
