The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruiting for niche technical skills, head-hunting, and contract staffing, along with proficiency in leveraging job portals, social media platforms, and AI-driven sourcing tools.The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proven track record of fulfilling challenging hiring mandates in the IT industry.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Identify, source, and recruit top IT talent for niche skills across various roles.Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and project-based staffing.Head-Hunting:Actively approach passive candidates through head-hunting techniques.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.Job Portals and Social Media:Utilize job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc., to source candidates.Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment campaigns and talent mapping.AI Tools & Advanced Sourcing:Use AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, ChatGPT) to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency.Implement innovative recruitment practices to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Collaboration & Coordination:Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and create tailored hiring strategies.Work closely with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with project needs.Contract Staffing Expertise:Manage and recruit for contract staffing roles with a focus on quick turnarounds.Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards for contract-based hiring.Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate details.Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.Required Skills & ExpertiseProven experience in recruiting for niche technical skills (e.g., AI/ML, Big Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).Strong knowledge of head-hunting techniques and talent mapping.Hands-on experience with contract staffing and an understanding of related compliance.Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), and AI tools for recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and client relationships.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience in IT recruitment for global clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia).Knowledge of emerging hiring trends and AI-driven recruitment strategies.Familiarity with technical assessments and candidate evaluation methods.What We OfferFlexible work options (Hybrid for outstanding candidates).Opportunities to work on challenging and niche skill requirements.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Your updated profile along with the below information will help us understand your expertise better and assess the right fit for this role.
