Job description Art Director / Associate Art Director – Digital Learning & Media Innovation | Onsite in Noida (India-Based Candidates Only)Location: Noida (Work from Office)Experience: 8–12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're seeking a bold, visionary design leader to shape the creative direction of next-generation digital learning and media experiences.As an Art Director or Associate Art Director, you'll combine strategic design leadership with hands-on creative expertise—mentoring teams, elevating client experiences, and pushing boundaries across AI-enhanced and immersive media.The Art Director will additionally lead early-stage design workshops and contribute to solution scoping for global clients, defining the visual strategy that powers our most innovative learning programs.What You'll DoCreative Leadership & DirectionDefine the visual direction for digital learning solutions across WBTs, ILTs, microlearning, simulations, and immersive experiences.Design high-impact visual assets including UI/UX components, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive media.Mentor creative designers through reviews and coaching to drive excellence and innovation.Client Engagement & Visual StrategyAct as the creative lead in client discussions—translating business goals into compelling visual strategies.Present, explain, and defend creative concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.(For Art Directors) Facilitate client design workshops, contribute to early solutioning, and define creative scope during pre-sales or kick-off phases.AI-Enhanced Design & Media InnovationUse AI and automation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) to accelerate concepting and prototyping.Explore immersive technologies such as 360° images, AR/VR, and avatar-based video to elevate learning design.Champion experimentation and tech-enabled storytelling that redefines learner engagement.Collaboration & ExecutionPartner with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Developers to ensure alignment of visuals and learning intent.Translate abstract scripts or learning goals into meaningful, visually compelling experiences.Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.Job requirements What You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.8–12 years of digital design experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or directorial role—preferably within digital learning or multimedia content environments.Tools & PlatformsAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Figma, Canva ProAI tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway MLImmersive tools: Adobe Aero, Marzipano, Pano2VRTechnical & Creative ProficiencyFamiliarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS compatibility.Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.Strong storytelling, concepting, and client presentation skills.(For Art Directors) Proven experience leading solution design and creative scoping workshops.Why Join UsLead design innovation for global learning experiences seen by Fortune 500 audiences.Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team of designers, technologists, and learning strategists.Stay ahead of the curve—experiment with AI-enhanced design and immersive media storytelling.Thrive in a creative culture that values curiosity, excellence, and continuous growth.Ready to design the future of digital learning?Apply now to join our Noida-based creative studio and bring innovation to life.
