We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Associate – Tax to support our U.S.-based financial operations.About the Role:In this role, you will contribute to tax compliance and deliver accurate and timely reporting. You will provide critical support to our clients, preparing and reviewing U.S. federal and state tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120) for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Key Responsibilities:Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination.Handle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open items.Requirements:Strong experience preparing or reviewing Form 990.Familiarity with Schedule A (public support test) and UBIT issues.Experience with clients that receive government grants.Benefits:This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of tax and accounting principles and U.S. GAAP compliance.
