Job OverviewDesign, build, and ship intelligent solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems efficiently.Develop multiple Copilot agents that integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint and a defined knowledge base, with performance/usage telemetry.Establish core Power Automate flows and custom connectors to key REST APIs; document patterns for reuse.Implement API/webhook payload scripting in a productionised workflow.Verify alignment to AI Acceptable Use and IT governance (including ISO27001 considerations for Power Platform).Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.Build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.Operate within AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.
