As an Intelligent System Developer, you will build reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.This role is ideal for a talented software engineer or data scientist with a strong background in Python and data-oriented algorithms who wants to make a meaningful impact in the field of artificial intelligence.Key Responsibilities:Create sophisticated products fully enabled by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Familiarity with AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS.Benefits:A collaborative environment where you can grow your skills and expertise.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies.A competitive compensation package.
