Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Construction Deputy Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and safety benchmarks are met. Oversee planning, procurement, resource management, and execution phases for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination◦ Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules using tools, and work breakdown structures (WBS).◦ Conduct kick-off meetings with internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors.Site Management◦ Daily site oversight to ensure adherence to drawings, safety protocols, and quality standards.◦ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and vendors for efficient execution.Procurement Management◦ Manage BOQ preparation, vendor selection, material procurement, and logistics. ◦ Negotiate contracts and manage timelines for deliveries.Material Estimation & Budgeting◦ Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings. ◦ Track consumption, reconcile materials, and manage deviations.Execution & Monitoring◦ Drive progress according to schedule with weekly milestone reviews.◦ Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and MEP specifications.Reporting & Documentation◦ Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, cost tracking, and variation statements.◦ Maintain site logs, inspection records, and as-built documentation.Stakeholder Communication◦ Regular coordination with project clients, consultants, authorities, and financial controllers.◦ Handle escalations and corrective actions.Selection CriteriaEssential Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Civil EngineeringMinimum 15 years' experience in in Civil & Finishing workExperience of Ultra high end finishing worksExperience to include monitoring of MEP worksCandidate should have completed minimum 5 projects from start to finishTechnical Skills:Billing & EstimationStrong knowledge of structural systems, RCC detailing, MEP coordinationCosting, BOQ, and rate analysis expertiseStrong safety and quality management understandingSoft Skills:Leadership & team coordinationNegotiation & conflict resolutionCommunication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDecision-making under pressureJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹8.40- ₹10 LPAIndustry: Construction / EngineeringWork Location: Sivasagar, AssamJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹70, ₹85,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food providedProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate:Sibsagar, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Assistant Project Manager: 10 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
