Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Server Administration: This entails managing access to file servers, handling annual audits, and troubleshooting server-related issues.Divestment: The role involves extracting and transferring archived data to buyers, as well as creating documentation on maintenance activities.Software Management: Key tasks include installing Enterprise Scan application, applying patches, and resolving issues related to the software.SAP Data Archiving: This involves activating or deactivating archive infrastructure, running catch-up archiving, and sweeping existing archive objects.Reporting Responsibility: Team members are required to attend Agile ceremonies, update work items in ADO boards, and maintain OneNote records.Data Management and Incident Resolution: In this capacity, team members assess and resolve incidents, collaborate with other technical teams, and create high-quality documentation on incident resolution and maintenance activities.Requirements/Deliverables:Successful incident and problem management solutions during Performance Improvement periods, adhering to Service Level Agreements.Delivering error-free SAP Maintenance activities according to Upgrade Schedule during Performance Improvement periods.Providing high-quality documentation using OneNote for all lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations regarding incidents and SAP Maintenance activities.Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis with Data Archival implementation and support, as well as proficiency with Lifecycle Cycle management tool.Benefits: Competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth and development, collaborative work environment.Others: Please note that this is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for those passionate about SAP data archiving and software management.
