Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily customer interactions through a shared mailbox and provide support across multiple channels.Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.Process sales and returns, and related requests to meet customer needs.Identify and assess customers' needs to drive satisfaction.Resolve customer complaints effectively, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to ensure resolution.The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated experience in customer service, automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge, as well as technical or engineering expertise.
