Purpose of the Job
- Sales Admin will manage key OTI (Order to Invoice) data inputs, including price administration and select customer master data fields.
- Ensures established processes and best practices are utilized and effective process controls are in place, ensuring adherence to processes and service levels is maintained.
- Support and contribute to interactions with Sales Support, Commercial partners and functions as needed.
- Adaptable to work in a shift schedule to provide global coverage.
About the job (Job Responsibilities)
- Create / update SAP price and SAP contract as requested by sales support, commercial and/or authorized requester within agreed SLA.
- Flag, investigate and monitor follow up actions with commercial partners on missing prices and price disputes.
- Flag any price exceptions, any price discrepancies, price thresholds to commercial partners and customer service.
- Check and flag for inactive customers, products, locations.
- Maintaining the integrity and quality of the pricing data in the system by verifying and validating the accuracy of the entered prices.
- Check and flag for open orders.
- Collaborating with the business team to ensure alignment and accuracy in pricing data entry.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the pricing data entry process and suggesting efficiencies or enhancements to streamline the workflow.
- Providing support and responding to queries from internal stakeholders regarding pricing data entry.
- Properly documenting and recording all pricing changes, updates, and entries for audit and reference purposes.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience)
- Strong hands-on Knowledge of CRM, SAP and MS Office.
- Around 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support preferably in a specialty Chemical organization.
- Collaborative cross-functional team player and networker.
- Excellent English language skills, both orally and in writing.
- Work independently.
