Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Junior Wedding Photography Sales professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of work experience, passionate about connecting with clients in the event photography space and driving business growth through expert sales practices and relationship building.Qualifications and SkillsCold Calling (Mandatory skill) Experience in reaching prospective clients through direct calling, introducing services effectively, and identifying business opportunities.Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) Proven ability to generate and qualify leads from multiple channels, nurturing them through the sales process for successful conversions.CRM (Mandatory skill) Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management software for tracking client interactions, monitoring leads, and managing the sales pipeline.Event Coordination Familiar with managing event logistics and timelines to support photographers and deliver seamless experiences for wedding clients from consultation to event execution.Client Consultation Strong skills in understanding client needs, conducting in-depth consultations, and presenting tailored service options to build lasting relationships.Negotiation Capable of negotiating pricing, packages, and terms with clients, resolving objections, and closing deals that satisfy both parties.Photography Knowledge Understanding of wedding photography workflows, key deliverables, and the unique requirements of various events to confidently communicate value to clients.Excellent communication Able to convey information clearly and professionally to clients and team members, ensuring transparency and trust at each stage of the sales process.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, target, and contact leads interested in wedding photography services using cold calling and other lead generation methods.Maintain accurate records of client information, calls, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM tools to optimize the sales cycle.Conduct thorough consultations with prospective couples to understand their expectations, present packages, and explain Huemns unique studio management offerings.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure photographer availability, event logistics, and smooth execution of client bookings and projects.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business for wedding photography services.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in wedding photography sales to continually enhance sales strategies.Contribute to sales targets by achieving or exceeding individual and team KPIs, supporting the continual growth of Huemns photography business.
