Hi All,We have openings for "OT Security – Consultant (L3) – Micro-Segmentation" Experience - 11+ yearsYears of experience required (relevant) - 11+yearsLocation - NoidaShift timings - US ShiftRequirement: The candidate for the L3 role should have 11-13 years of experience in cybersecurity with min 6-8 years in handling cyber security in OT landscape. The candidate is expected to have zeal to learn new technologies in dynamic space and actively contribute to business growth along with personal growth. Following would be the high-level responsibilities he/she is expected to deliver:Responsibilities:Reviewing ICS network architectures and determining if good practices are being followed (e.g., the “zones & conduits” concept, proper network segmentation, use of Industrial DMZ, etc.); and providing recommendations to comply with cybersecurity framework like NIST/ IEC etcDesign, Consult and implement various security solutions for segmentation and Micro-segmentationIntegrations between solutions like SOC, ITSM, AD etc.Proof of Concept (POC) and technical analysis on new solutions.Reviewing and determining the security solutions to validate if they are configured properly as per the architecture data flow and provide recommendations.Reviewing & configuring security policies to identify security threats as per best practices.Reviewing security policies, plans, and procedures and providing recommendations to comply with applicable cybersecurity framework as per best practices.Create procedures, and plans (e.g., implementation, SAT, mitigation, etc.) as needed to support projectsAccessing inventory of client’s hardware & software assets and assessing those assets for security vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and other risksFront ending and driving discussions with customers and provide consultations and recommendationsRequired ExperienceDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science, or similar scientific / technical field).Between 6-8 years of “hands on” experience in designing and implementing ICS Security controls and solutions in different verticalsMust have good understanding have networking and hands-on in managed network switchesMust have worked on Micro-segmentation solution solutions with focus on OT network, especially Elisity tool for micro-segmentationHands-on experience in ITSM tools regarding incident management, service request management, change management etc.Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, etc.)Understanding of the ICS/OT network communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC, etc.) and industrial networking topologies (e.g., ring, star, etc.)Strong understanding of the ICS Network architecture and data flows in the OT environment.Strong presentation and communication skillsUnderstanding of MITRE ATT&CKS for ICS or NERC CIP frameworksUnderstanding of general cybersecurity frameworks (ISO IEC 27001/27002, ISO 15408, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP800-53) Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP-ENT, etc.) and Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CEH, CISA, CISM, CCSP, etc.) or OT/ ICS security certification (e.g. GICSP, IEC-62443 etc.) will be preferredIf interested, please share your CV to vp.amudhini@hcltech.com with below detailsTotal Experience:Relevant Experience in OT Security:Relevant Experience in Micro segmentation:Relevant Experience in Elisity:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Current Organization (Contract/Permanent):Holding Offers (If yes, please share details):Current Location:Expected Location:Education:
