Job Title: Senior Data EngineerWe are revolutionizing healthcare analytics by building scalable and reliable pipelines in production.Pipeline Design: Utilize Python (Pandas, PySpark) and SQL to develop and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines orchestrated with Airflow on AWS.Data Lake/Lakehouse Development: Create and maintain the SAIVA data repository on AWS, ensuring high-quality, governed, scalable, and accessible data storage.Distributed Processing: Run and optimize Spark jobs on AWS EMR and/or EKS for efficient data processing.Ingestion Frameworks: Implement batch and streaming ingestion frameworks (APIs, databases, files, event streams) to ensure seamless data flow.Validation and Quality: Enforce validation and quality checks to guarantee reliable analytics and ML readiness.Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using Python and SQL.• Develop and maintain a robust data lake/house architecture on AWS.• Optimize distributed data processing jobs with Spark on AWS EMR and/or EKS.• Implement batch and streaming ingestion frameworks (APIs, databases, files, event streams).• Ensure reliable analytics and ML readiness through validation and quality checks.What We Offer:We provide a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.
