Home Textiles Designer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and creative Home Textiles Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating innovative textile designs for home decor, including bedding, curtains, cushions, and other home textiles.This role requires collaboration with the product development team to ensure that designs meet company standards and market trends. Daily tasks include sketching, developing fabric patterns, selecting color palettes, and creating digital and physical prototypes of designs.The designer will also work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of products.Key Responsibilities:Design and create innovative textile designsCollaborate with product development team to meet design standards and market trendsDevelop fabric patterns, select color palettes, and create prototypesOversee production process and ensure product qualityRequirements:Experience in textile design, pattern making, and color theoryProficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CADKnowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, and production processesCreativity, innovation, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the home textiles industryAbout this Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Home Textiles Designer to take their career to the next level.
