About the RoleAs a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into captivating visual representations. This exciting opportunity involves working with both print and electronic media to create designs that convey our clients' messages effectively.We are seeking an individual who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and seamlessly convert them into images, layouts, and other designs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, especially in the experiential sector, to support our clients.This is a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project. You will be an active part of the creative process, brainstorming with our teams on solutions for brands, creating graphic templates, video content, and motion graphics for content design.You will also be responsible for preparing design plans, concepts, storyboards, and layouts for event space design, taking forward design templates into product and collateral design, editing raw video footage, and making films to amplify and archive projects. Your deadline-driven approach and ability to work methodically will be essential in executing designing projects efficiently.RequirementsA degree in visual or experiential design discipline from a renowned institute is mandatory.Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Color Correcting, etc.) is required.You must have a creative thought process, a keen eye for aesthetics and details, and be passionate about brand communication.Your ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while possessing great interpersonal and organizational skills is essential.Staying up-to-date with current trends in marketing and design communication is also crucial.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
