Job Title: Financial ManagerJob DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.You will record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis is also a requirement.Additionally, you will prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations.Conducting regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards is crucial.Analysis of financial data and preparation of reports to assist management in decision-making is essential.Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities requires strong analytical skills.Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management is necessary.Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts is also required.Providing financial information to external auditors as needed is an important responsibility.Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations is critical.Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns is essential.Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations is vital.Required Skills and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.US shiftSalary - 4-4.2 lpa
