Key responsibilities include developing virtual learning programs, organizing and executing curriculum meetings nationwide, monitoring student admissions, guiding publicity events for admissions, establishing new schools, training new administrators, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and guidelines.Implement curricula and activities at various locations.Supervise and audit schools.Communicate regularly with school leaders and faculty through multiple channels.Provide timely information and feedback to school administrators.Develop comprehensive virtual learning programs.Coordinate national curriculum meetings.Maintain accurate records related to schools.Monitor student admissions at various locations.Guide schools in creating effective publicity through events for admissions.Establish new schools and train their administrators.Support the development of school leaders until they are fully settled.Foster a culture of mutual respect and trust.Solve problems faced by school leaders rather than issuing directives.Prioritize active listening and take feedback seriously.E nsure student safety and establish clear boundaries.Attend regular meetings at the headquarters office.Submit periodic progress reports to department heads.Comply with all established policies and guidelines.Organize and execute various events throughout the year.Develop and implement staff training programs.Conduct interviews and appointments for school administrators.Regularly update key documents and presentations.Analyze and maintain essential data from schools with mentors.Provide regular updates to directors.Manage social media platforms for Prep.Respond to parent inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.Develop marketing materials and workshops for Prep publicity.Create educational resources such as planners and holiday lists.
