Project descriptionThe Finance Market solutions team requires a Test Automation Lead to work on FM Replatforming project .ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with other engineers to develop testing and monitoring approachesFocuses on assurance in the areas of error rates, response times, and impact to infrastructureDesigns, scripts, configures, and run performance tests to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performanceConditions test data as needed to properly simulate test scenariosSupports testing needs of new projects, infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements by validating application functionality against documented test casesDiagnoses, tracks, and manages performance issues to resolutionUses dashboards that enable efficient monitoring of applications and systems running in production environments to troubleshoot issues and report findingsProvides summaries and assessments of the applications performance, emphasizing trends over timeConducts deep dive analysis of data when trends or anomalies are identifiedCollaborates with AD teams during story design to ensure new application features are developed in a performant manner.SkillsMust have10+ years of experienceExperience in Rest API, Java, Selenium, Cucumber , BDDDelivered medium and/or large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.Hands-on experience in migration activities of a front to back program in Banking or large corporate treasuryUnderstanding Trade workflowProduct knowledgeFXO, IRD, FX cash, MM, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, credit derivatives and OTC DerivativesAbility to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.Experience on Financial static dataExperience in working directly with Technical leads, Project managers and Business analysts in business and IT organizationExperience with principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of the testing processExperience of the execution of tests throughout the life-cycle of development projectsExcellent communication, inter-personal skills and problem solving skillsDisplays personal authority, integrity and ethics.Ability to work independently and take decisions
