Project Coordinator: Program OperationsThe successful candidate will be based at the Country Office in New Delhi and will report to the Senior Manager, Program operations. This role plays a pivotal operational and coordination role, supporting the execution of projects through seamless collaboration across departments, timely donor reporting, effective financial management, and regular engagement with state teams.Lead and facilitate periodic review meetings as per the established project calendar, ensuring structured follow-up on action items and cross-functional accountability.Represent the organization in state national level coalitions and working groups related to quality education and literacy, ensuring effective articulation of project objectives and contributions in such forums.Collaborate with Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (RM&E) and Literacy teams to co-develop and refine indicators for monitoring impact, effectiveness, and scalability of programs. Contribute to setting up systems for data collection, validation, and use for program improvement.This role serves as the focal point between the country office and State teams for coordination with various departments in Country Office, such as People Operations, Administration, Finance etc. The Project Coordinator coordinates timely procurement and expense booking for all project-related activities in close liaison with the Finance and Procurement teams, ensuring alignment with internal financial controls and donor compliance requirements.This role ensures all donor compliances are followed, and any deviation properly documented. The Project Coordinator supports the development and timely submission of donor reports, including narrative updates, data insights, and progress documentation.
