People & Culture ProfessionalAs a People & Culture Professional, you will be responsible for shaping the employee experience and operational excellence in our fast-paced startup environment.This role requires someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Drive onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure every joiner and leaver feels supported.Organize engagement, recognition, and culture programs that boost belonging and retention.Answer all employee queries and needs.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Assist in continuously improving how we use HR tools to automate routine tasks.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Execute internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure access.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports.Requirements:4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist/people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Experience executing engagement or culture programs with measurable impact.Excel at people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Hold a Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.Bonus Points:Hands-on with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms.Experience organizing large-scale culture initiatives in a remote environment.Exposure to global payroll, EOR models, or remote-first workforces.Why Join Us:Fully Remote – work from anywhere (yes, pajamas allowed).Big Impact – a lean team where your work visibly shapes our future.Lots of Learning – we're scaling fast, and you'll grow with us.People & Culture – join an open, supportive, globally diverse community.Great Benefits – tailored for professional growth, productivity, health, and wealth.
