And this role is at the center of it all.Key Responsibilities:Drive growth for multiple D2C brands.Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing leaders.Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, retention.Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and creative assets.Analyze numbers daily, identify patterns, and turn insights into action.Facilitate weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction.Coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and operations teams to maintain momentum.Drive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages, and report outcomes.Requirements:2-5 years in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a combination thereof.Strong Excel/Sheets skills — formulas, pivots, dashboards are just the basics.Comfort with client-facing conversations and regular reviews.Understanding of D2C metrics - customer acquisition cost, average order value, lifetime value, return on ad spend, contribution margin.Proven ability to deliver outcomes, not just activity.The ability to simplify chaos into clarity.
