Compliance Expert RoleWe seek an experienced professional to drive regulatory compliance for packaging across EU and global markets.This is a full-time remote role, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.Your expertise will help shape the industry's understanding of their responsibilities under PPWR and related standards, driving progress towards a more sustainable future.Analyse and interpret EU and national legislation, including PPWR, EPR obligations, recyclability standards, recycled content rules, and CE-relevant directives.Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows, data structures, and compliance logic for our platform.Evaluate packaging formats and supply chain details to classify roles (manufacturer/importer/distributor) and map responsibilities.Review CE conformity or similar product-level documentation to understand how brands verify compliance with EU standards.Support the development of compliance questionnaires, decision trees, and user-facing regulatory explanations.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Analysis: Interpret and apply EU and national legislation to ensure accurate compliance guidance.Process Development: Create practical workflows and data structures to support compliance efforts.Supply Chain Evaluation: Assess packaging formats and supply chain details to classify roles and map responsibilities.Compliance Documentation: Review and analyse CE conformity and other relevant product-level documentation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliance materials and guidelines.Requirements:Hands-on experience from the brand-owner or packaging producer side.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex regulatory information in a clear and concise manner.Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.A competitive compensation package.
