Oracle Technical ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Oracle expert to lead our end-to-end cloud projects.Candidates must have hands-on experience in team leadership and delivering high-quality implementations.Key Responsibilities:Develop business intelligence reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.Gather requirements, estimate efforts, and document technical specifications.Ensure timely delivery and manage customer expectations.Analyze, design, test, implement, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud projects.Execute proofs of concept and guide development teams.Design and develop integrations in OIC (Gen2/Gen3) using REST/SOAP, FBDI, and XSLT mappings.Manage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream applications.Utilize Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI for extracts.Customize BIP reports, bursting, and output documents.Build PL/SQL packages, functions, and customize standard Fusion reports.Work with autonomous databases and DBaaS.Develop custom ESS jobs and support complex customizations.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud.Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher expertise.Hands-on experience in OIC integration (Gen2/Gen3).Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and HCM Cloud.Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCM.Proven technical leadership experience: planning, estimation, guiding teams.Strong knowledge of BI tools, ESS jobs, and Fusion APIs.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Strong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
