Customer Success ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer relationship management efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage our growing user base and drive revenue growth.Create and implement quarterly plans to enhance reactivation metrics and drive revenue growth from users who have not previously chosen our offerings.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teams.Develop content and segmentation strategies that meet the needs of different internal business units and consumer behavior.Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, identifying wins for broader implementation.Maintain a balance between growth and user experience for long-term success.Navigate the technical aspects of CRM platforms and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams.Analyze root causes of platform and business issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.4-7 years of experience in CRM functions of rapidly growing digital-first businesses.Bias for action and desire to make an impact.Proven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels like email, WhatsApp, and SMS.Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL.Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.Global market experience beneficial.Background in high-growth B2C products/services with consultative sales advantageous.
