We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis ProfessionalAbout the Role:We need a highly skilled professional to lead our financial planning and analysis activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise performance management, financial planning and consolidation.Develop and implement solutions using CCH Tagetik with a focus on analytics information hub.Build and maintain data transformation processes, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate CCH Tagetik with external systems using data management tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end-users.Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Strong command of data transformation, SQL, ETL pipelines within AIH, TQL scripting and business logic, data modelling and dimension design, integration tools and APIs, and experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting modules.Familiarity with CCH Tagetik consolidation and other enterprise performance management tools (Hyperion, PBCS, TM1).Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with CCH Tagetik implementations.Strong understanding of financial processes.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using PBCS, FCCS, and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Candidates with engineering or MCA or MBA or chartered accountant qualifications.CCH Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3).Soft Skills:Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
