Our organization is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in analyzing client-provided training needs, determining the number of sessions required, and coordinating with trainers and vendors to plan and execute sessions.The role involves key responsibilities including initiating session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation requests, organizing sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and ensuring proper execution.In addition, the position requires sharing instructor information with security personnel, communicating opening dates of training sessions, calibrating and coordinating with the Offsite team for changes or updates, supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using a CRM tool.To be successful as a Training Coordinator, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
