Senior Unreal ArtistUnlock the full potential of Unreal Engine with a seasoned professional.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Artist to lead project development, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver immersive, visually compelling, and functional environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize high-quality interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.Lead project development from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.Import, integrate, and manage assets from 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit into Unreal workflows.Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive, visually compelling, and functional environments.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across a variety of hardware and platforms.Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best practices.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.Create and maintain documentation of pipelines, technical processes, and workflows.Primary Skills:Extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).Proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects.Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.Secondary Skills:Strong understanding of architectural visualization workflows.Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.Qualifications:10+ years of professional industry experience.5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects (games, archviz, simulations, or interactive applications).Proven experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit in production environments.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
