Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager role requires a highly skilled individual to lead and drive projects from conception to delivery. Key responsibilities include:Planning, managing, and coordinating projects with varying degrees of complexity.Ensuring compliance with in-house and third-party product standards.Communicating project timelines to stakeholders.Reporting on project and program milestones to management.Working simultaneously on multiple projects to achieve agreed-upon targets.Overseeing process improvements and staying up-to-date with best practices and trends.Developing in-depth knowledge of products, competitive positioning, and industry trends.Delivering superior customer service through end-to-end engagement, including customer expectations, team success, reporting, and invoicing.Integrating own area and others (architecture or infrastructure) to contribute towards business objectives.Ensuring adherence to SLAs on response, break-fixes, and escalation.Resolving issues promptly and efficiently, including managing client expectations.Maintaining high-quality work standards.Protecting Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of information assets.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computers, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CEH/CISA/PMP/CCSP.At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of IT project management tools like Microsoft Project.Success handling complex initiatives and risk mitigation.Logical thinking skills for problem-solving.Familiarity with cyber security technologies and tools.Experience with SOC/incidence response/blue and red teams/network forensics is preferred. Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS, especially with respect to installation, configuration, and network operations.Understanding of Linux Administration from the command line.Familiarity with shell scripting and basic commands.Experience with databases, networks, and patch management.Ability to innovate, think outside the box, and deliver results-driven solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills.
