- Experience in working with both Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Understanding of agile frameworks and Scrum master certification would be preferred.
- Experience in coordinating team activities in a global paradigm
- Experience in assisting senior leaders in the organization.
- Assisting information technologies in the company for optimal effectiveness
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
- Experience in working within a multicultural, multi-time-zone environment
- Experience in project management is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Fluent English knowledge, verbal and written as well
- Have a basic understanding of Software life cycles.
- Information security understanding
- Application / solution architecture understanding
- Self-confident, strong problem solving, hands-on if needed
- Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive-level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical, etc.
- Outstanding client-facing skills. History of building extraordinary relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously; adapts quickly and easily - manages multiple deadlines and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Should possess an ownership mindset. You own it. Everyone supports it.
- Ability to prioritize one’s own workload with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects at once.
- Attend meetings/huddles and assist with project coordination
- Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
- Communicates effectively on a team, responds well to constructive criticism.
- Natural customer service capabilities.
- Effective written and telephone communication skills
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Ability to navigate the unexpected and interpret guidance effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with multi-disciplined, multi-location teams.
- Strong initiative, able to self-manage and use good judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making)
- Ability to operate successfully in ambiguous environments.
